The Teacher’s Edition contains the complete text of 6 one hour sessions covering The Invitation, written by Fr. James P. O’Bryan, S.T. to provide a brief introduction to the study of the Bible from a Catholic perspective. Father O’Bryan began writing his Bible study series in the 1970’s in response to many of his friends and acquaintances who felt a need to learn more about the Scriptures, but were dissatisfied with the Protestant Bible studies that were available to them. Over the years, Father O’Bryan’s books on the study of Scripture have been in use worldwide.

The Student Edition (Meditations) contains a 4-6 page synopsis of each of the 6 lectures in the Teacher’s Edition. Each lesson consists of assigned readings and daily questions to answer in prayerful meditation during the week. These questions and answers, shared in a group in the Presence of the Holy Spirit, form the basis of our call to discipleship. Available in English or Spanish.
